Our themed classes blend fun with learning. For instance, themes like "Friendship" and "Garden" teach children valuable concepts while engaging in activities such as group flower breathing or butterfly pose.
Parent Communication:
Each week, families will receive a one-page summary, detailing what their child learned during the yoga session.
